How do I add an image, video, or document to my course?
Images and documents can be stored on Google Drive, Google Photos, OneDrive, or Dropbox. The image(s) and document(s) sharing options should be set to share with public or share with “anyone with link”.
In the course creator, select Add Image from the dropdown and paste image link.
In the course creator, select Add Text from the dropdown and paste link to the document you want to share.
Videos should be uploaded to YouTube and set to public.
In the course creator, select Add Video from the dropdown and paste YouTube link.
Formatting Content for WhatsApp
WhatsApp allows you to format text inside your messages.
Italic
To italicize your message, place an underscore on both sides of the text:
_text_
Bold
To bold your message, place an asterisk on both sides of the text:
*text*
Strikethrough
To strikethrough your message, place a tilde on both sides of the text:
~text~
Monospace
To monospace your message, place three backticks on both sides of the text:
“`text

Uploading the spreadsheet template doesn’t create course(s).
Make sure you are using the supplied bulk upload template found here and that you saved the file in xlsx format. Other formats, such as CSV or XLS will not work.
